Membership in the Springfield R/C Club is open to everyone, but you must be an active member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) before you can join*.

As you know, the RC Report magazine closed its doors last March. Do you know, however, that it is now available online at rcreport.net? The cost is $24.95/yr for the basic(read only) and $29.95/yr for the deluxe(PDF downloadable) versions.
*The AMA is the official national body for model aviation in the United States. The AMA Safety Code sets the standard for model aircraft operation and forms the cornerstone of the NDRCC safety regulations. The AMA also provides liability, accident, and loss insurance to individual members and clubs. You can obtain further information from the AMA website (http://www.modelaircraft.org).
